Hello Support Team, in refering to thread Strange Behaviour of Chart causes Order Failure concerning the strange price-scale behaviour: On chartlinking or changing bar-period we continue experiencing strange behaviour of chartscale. Please refer to 2 short screenrecordings: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/5931986/chartscaling.wmv https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/5931986/chartscaling_period.wmv Both recordings show the change of the pricescale, all chartsettings and scalesettings. This widening of the pricescale is very disturbing. Please advise how to prevent pricescale from changing its width like visible in the recordings. What are we doing wrong? Thank you for your support, Best, Wilma |

The only reason is because we have not gotten to this yet. We have been very busy the last few days, as usual.

When I was looking at this, I was saying to myself, I have not seen something like this for many years and it really makes no sense. As I watched the video I noticed the Chart >> Chart Settings >>Tick Size was not correct. That is the problem. The reason it is not correct is because of what is documented here: Critical Number Formatting Bug in Windows Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
