Hello, First of all forgiven me for my English. I have a problem since the 9/25/2014. when I open a graph as a day laborer the candles all are very large!!! (see graph “open chart daily”). Then when I open Market profiles it is displayed with the schedules following: 00:00: 00/23: 59:59 and Market profiles is normally displayed (see graph TPO 2) but I always had my graph TPO on the schedules following: 08:00: 00/21: 59:59 (see graph TPO 1). How to make to transmit my screenshots to you: TPO1, TPO2 and There is a problem since the 9/25/2014 and I cannot use your platform any more correctly! Can you help me? Thank you. Cordially. 1. For the problem with the GER30 Daily chart, go to the chart and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. We are not sure why that happened. Update Sierra Chart with Help >> Download Current Version. 2. For the problem with the display of the TPO Profile Charts, go to Chart >> Chart Settings for each of your TPO charts and press the Apply Global Symbol Settings button. For one of the charts, clearly the Tick Size is incorrect. Although in your region you may use a comma character as a decimal point delimiter, Sierra Chart does not use that and we do not know why it is showing up. We can clearly see it in the image you have attached. It is going to create problems like this. We have never before seen an issue like this. We are still investigating the problem. But we think we have it resolved. Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >>Download Prerelease. After the update is installed, go to all of your charts and do the following: -Select Chart >> Chart Settings -Press the Apply Global Symbol Settings button. -Press OK.
