Did this start happening after you updated Sierra Chart?

If so, do you remember what version you were previously running?

For now, follow the instructions here to use a backup Chartbook:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_Chartbooks.html#BackupChartbook

Could you please privately attach the Chartbook causing the error so we can look at it. Here are the instructions:

So if you had no backup of Sierra Chart, then what Chartbook were you opening?

Was it a Chartbook provided by the standard installation of Sierra Chart?

The issue is resolved, I went back to version 1187 and now the charts from Rockwell and others are now loading. I did have a few copies of Chartbooks on another drive. Going back to version 1187 did the Trick

It may be resolved for you right now, but what happens when you update to a later version. There is a problem we need to figure out and resolve.

Please attach one of the Chartbooks by following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#AttachFile

It can be privately attached.

I upgraded to the newest version 1199 and all is well with all Charts. So whatever happen in version 1187 corrected the problem.
