Hello Support, since the new release i am unable to copy chart drawings, see this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PAwn_uGzslQ as soon as i press the left mouse button, the "copy" disappears.. what i've noticed as well is that it does not take the tick sizes into account either (for the drawings).. a couple of days ago it does sort of "snap" to the tick size of the underlying but now it doesnt. please advice. thanks, Andreas |

This is not easily reproducible for us. Can you create a new chart, add a drawing, and then copy that drawing? Another thing to try is to use the Tools >> Manage Chart Drawings Window before and after attempting to copy the drawing. Using the Manage Chart Drawings Window you should be able to see if the drawing was added, but perhaps has values that place it off the current display, or perhaps it was added with different symbol. |

Hello Support, it does work in a new chart. thats good. if i do copy it, it does seem, that it does copy the drawing but draws it at zero (see screenshot). whats interesting is, that it does attch the draing onto a different symbol, maybe onto a previous symbol, that was - however - no problem a couple releases back as i did that procedure since ages (read months). if i create a new one it does not respect the tick size.. but it does do so in that newly created chart... so, i would be ok in redrawing the rectangles once but i dont want to do that every 3 months as the contracts change.. and i really need that "snapping to tick sizes"... any hints? thanks, Andreas |

The tick size snapping is likely because your tick size is not properly set, check the value in Chart Settings. Could you please privately attach the Chartbook causing the error to help us reproduce the issue. Here are the instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#AttachFile |

hmm.. the chart was a copy from another chart and Ticksize was 250000.000000 for whatever reason (i didnt touch it). however, after i corrected it to .25 the issue was gone.. so thanks for the hint. awesome service, btw! Andreas |
