Hello, I´ve been a client for Sierra Chart for about two months now. Unfortunetly I had to stop trading for awhile and because of that I didn´t make the renewal for de usage of the platform nor the data service. I still have 20 dollars of credit. I´d like to know if when I come back to trading I could simply add more credit to complete the cost of the platform and the data feed and if those USD 20.00 would just remain there until I do. One last thing is: do I have to do anything else so that I don´t have any charges until I come back to trading?

Yes, you can add more credit to the Additional Services Balance and use that the purchase usage time. Whatever credit you have on the Additional Service Balance always remains.
