Hello, i use CTS, can i see my trades (non-simulated) for example from january 2014 to june? because now i can't. I set the "number of days to save in trade activity log" (general trade settings) but i can't see my trades before july. Thanks |

I tried again but i don't have my trades before july. Is it possible that the reason is because the symbols in CTS are changed or maybe because i have downloaded a new SC and so i don't have the old data? |

This is not due to a symbol change and not due to a new Sierra Chart version. If the settings at the top of the Trade Activity Log are correct, then the data is not there. I think that the settings are correct, but i don't see my trades before july. I have attached two images (the account is set to my account number) In the previous post, i meant that if i have canceled my SC and then download a new SC and i did not copy all my old data, maybe now i don't have the old data of my trades. This because if i connect my second SC, that i use with SC historical data feed, with my CTS connection, i don't have any trades. I think because i don't have my data inside in the data folder. If you have installed another copy of Sierra Chart and did not copy the TradeActivityLog.DAT file from your other copy of Sierra Chart, then this definitely is the reason for the problem.
