Hi, This has been happening consistently. I have chart trade windows attached to the right side on some charts. When I open up SC, It is all jumbled up, buttons are on top of each other, some are covering the text boxes etc. I am attaching an image to show what is happening. Currently to resolve this, I go to "Trade" and uncheck "Attach Trade Window to Chart" and then check it again. This fixes it. Is this something I am doing wrong? I can provide any other information that is required. Thanks for help. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-10-04 00:11:00

We have never seen this before and never observed that ourselves. Something like this would have to be an operating system bug. A bug like this cannot reside within Sierra Chart because none of the buttons and controls within the Trade Window are repositioned by Sierra Chart. Only the entire Trade Window is resized as necessary based upon what tab is selected. What operating system version do you notice this on. I am using Windows 7 Enterprise. I tried to search on the support board to see if anyone else was having this problem but couldn't find anything. Hence I created this thread. Please let me know if you need any additional information. Thanks. |

This is really a strange problem. We can only believe it is an operating system problem. Possibly with the video driver. We really do not have advice about it other than to try another computer.
