One thing you will need to do is to scroll through those five years of data and see if you notice any differences with the chart bars between the charts.

This is essential to understand why there might be a difference.



Are you able to add this study to compare how yours looks, that way I can tell which chart is displaying incorrectly.
No because we do not know the Chart Settings, or the Study Settings or the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit, and there also will be differences due to differences with the historical data.

We would need to get a Chartbook containing a single chart so that we can provide you a chart image of what we see. Here are instructions:
