If there is some problem you are having, then we can help you resolve it using Remote Assistance. If there is some feature needed, then let us know what it is and we will see how we can help you with that as well. If the reason for cancellation is not due to either of the above, then there is nothing to cancel. We do not do any automatic billing. If you do not wish to continue to use the software and our services, there is nothing you need to do. Your account will end on your usage time ending date. It is not necessary to contact support.
