When you try to change the time period of the chart bars, do you get a prompt indicating that it is being referenced by another chart? There is no doubt the chart is being referenced by another chart and you can tell which chart number through Chart >> Chart Settings. What do you see after Reference By? What you can do is remove all of the studies from that particular chart which is referencing it. That would be the easiest thing to do if you do not know what study is causing the problem.
