We have verified that the Use Different Start Time setting does actually affect the starting time of the Volume Profile when using Volume Graph Period Type: From Start Time to End. Select Chart >> Chart Settings and make sure the Days to Load setting is set to 2 or higher. Also use the same Volume by Price study configuration on a normal chart and see if it works as expected.
