Thanks for the reply. I did everything as explained in the instructions but it does not help. I tried the second method with removing the files and restarting Sierra - same result. For all contracts before May 2016 I'm getting the error: Error downloading historical Intraday data for CL-201604-CME. Historical data file not available for symbol. Please help to make it work.
