Ok, I went through those fixes: 1) removed many scid files, reduced # days to load on all charts, turned on SAfe Mode, disconnected data feed. I was able to get more CB opened, but not all. One of which still may have a .dll file in it, but it never seemed to make a difference in the past. Plus, SC is the one who built it for me three years ago. Also, I have a Futures trading setup where I have similar number of charts in the CB, and many more instances of the .dll indicator. Yet that setup is working perfectly. I still feel the size of this particular CB (2mb) may have something to do with it, as most of the CB that will no load are larger ones: 2-4 MB, whereas the smaller CB seem more likely to open with no problem. As for CPU & Memory they range from 25 to 50% usage,even while trying to load a frozen CB. I have thought of another fix: copy the troublesome CB to the Futures setup and go through and clean them up, and make smaller. Do you think that will work ok? |
