We will contact Interactive Brokers and beat them up on this. This is not an acceptable solution. It is unreliable and only leads to various consequences. Really this whole thing is unbelievable. They should not for a second even consider putting the responsibility for something this on the client side. The solution must be on the server side. They understand their own server and need to implement a solution. If we implemented the DTC server in Sierra Chart with such flaws, it would be unreliable and there will be kinds of problems.
