We have been testing this and the problem is that Interactive Brokers API is not working properly. One thing we see is that after the initial response of trade positions data, they no longer send a message indicating the end of sending a set of positions. This End message is received only once after the first set of position messages, but never subsequently. We are going going to put out a new release at the end of today, version 1000.
