Who is your Internet service provider and where are you located? There are probably 10,000 of these requests a day and we have just a handful of these reports. At this point in time our best determination is that there is some internet service provider or Internet backbone operator which is corrupting the data. This has been a very concerning problem because something like this has not happened previously and there is no indication at all that this problem is with any of our systems or software. We have run a large number of tests on our side with no problems. And we only have a handful of reports of a problem. To solve this: DTC - Unrecognized message. Size: 0.
