Restart Sierra Chart and go to that chart and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. When you look at Window >> Message Log you should see a line like this for the download: HD Request # 108 | Received 3897 records from 2001-02-07 00:00:00 to 2016-08-04 00:00:00 (15.5 years) and wrote 3897 records for OIH | 2016-08-04 13:01:54 This indicates the data came from the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service due to the large number of years.
