Within my account, under the section >>> Enabled Studies And Files Set To Download <<< I have Auto download Enabled and everything is working. There are 4.cht and 3.dll files I am authorized to use. I have 3 questions 1 - the .dll files have "Update" after them. 1a - Does this mean there is an updated version I need to get? 1b - What is this telling me? 1c - Why would this be there if I have auto update/download Enabled? 2 - Is there a way to know the date the files were put there or updated? 3 - Is there a way to manually download these files a 2nd time. In the case of the .cht files, let's say I changed (messed up) things and saved on exit. I now want to get back to the original .cht I was given permission to.
