Do you see the Chartbooks you copied from the other installation, listed when you select File >> Open Chartbook? And at the top of the Open Chartbook window do you see that it says: C:\SierraChart\Data\ Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
