I have made payments on three separate occasions now for additional support. I also have been a customer for over a year and will continue to be as I have seen great value in the platform. I would think this would be a relatively easy problem to resolve. - I have attached the alert manager logs for review, the stock that I'm trading is symbol TSLA, first alert today is 06:31:45. - Column M (Sell Entry) contains a 1 or TRUE value. -Auto Trading is enabled as Trade Simulation Mode is disabled. -Signal Only Once Per Bar is set to Yes. -Signal Only On Bar Close is set to No. -Reset Condition on New Bar is set to No. Did the Trade >> Trade Service Log indicate the reason a signal is ignored because there was a historical data download?
