WHOA!

In investigating how I could possibly port to the New Spreasheets, I just learned that User Defined Names are NOT SUPPORTED! IMHO, that is a MAJOR, MAJOR shortcoming. Reading formulas that contain only cell addresses is a NIGHTMARE for all but simplistic formulas. As mentioned before I have over 1500 complex formulas and over 800 User Defined Names. So by virtue of User Defined Names not being supported in the New Spreadsheets, that rules them out entirely.

The next best option would be to use v1392 or later that supports the Old Spreadsheets. I'll give that a try.

My concern with that approach is that if there is another mandatory update for real-time quotes, that will be against your current software tree with supports ONLY the New Speadsheets, and I will be out of luck completely.

Having support for Excel-feature spreadsheets is the MAIN reason I went with Sierra Chart in the first place, and it has been great until now. If I end up having to do a port, I will need to review my options and select the path the minimizes the man-hours required to do the port.
