Ouch! That's terrible news! I've spent six man-years developing this system. It's really too bad you've chosen to deprecate the Old Spreadsheets! There are over 1500 formulas and over 800 Defined Names in my spreadsheet. It will take several man-months to port to the New Spreadsheet system if I have to start over! Are there no engineering tools that can help me with the port such as the ability to export Define Names from the Old Spreadsheets and import those into the New Spreadsheets? That way I wouldn't have to start from scratch and could copy/paste the formulas from Old Spreadsheets to New. |
