This is a rejection from the LMAX server. Ask LMAX about this. Tell them what price you were modifying the order to and what the price of the symbol was at the time. The Open Orders were also not visibke on the LMAX Web interface?
They will be visible unless they are Attached Orders and the parent order has not yet filled.
