I am using S5Trader with Sierra Chart. Starting yesterday I am not able to connect Sierra Chart to their demo platform. The live platform connects fine. Here is the message in the log. I am able to open and activate the S5 Trader demo platform itself GAIN Capital/OEC | Immediate disconnect from trading server detected. On next connect Logout will be sent first. | 2016-07-06 06:25:30 GainCapital FAST Data socket (0) | Resolved address sim.gainfutures.com to IP 64.94.37.207. | 2016-07-06 06:25:30 GainCapital FAST Data socket (130) | Shutdown and closed. | 2016-07-06 06:25:30 GainCapital FAST Data: Socket connection was closed without any logout messages sent or received. | 2016-07-06 06:25:30 GAIN Capital/OEC | Disconnected from the FAST market data server. | 2016-07-06 06:25:30 GAIN Capital/OEC | Disconnected. | 2016-07-06 06:25:30 There is a notice for a critical error in their platform through Gain, calling for an uninstall/reinstall. I have not done that yet but I am able to open and activate the S5 Trader demo platform itself and it activates. Help please |
