This is the reason for this: CTS FIX: No heartbeat messages received from server. Sent Test Request message to server. | 2016-06-24 06:46:10 CTS FIX: Disconnecting due to a loss of activity. No activity for at least 62 seconds. | 2016-06-24 06:47:20 * CTS FIX: Sending a Logout message. Text = No response received after Test Request. | 2016-06-24 06:47:20 So this is due to an Internet connectivity problem. From our side there is not anything we can do. How long has this been going on? This might be some kind of ISP issue. One thing we can tell you is that there is going to be a complete new method to connect to CTS in about another month or so which should completely avoid this kind of problem.
