So actually there were two instances of Sierra Chart running? One was hidden and one was not. That should not occur. A second instance is automatically exited when it is started. Although that might be possible if the other instance were running under a different Windows account. In any case, at least the problem is resolved but it is not completely clear exactly what was happening and why. Update: Actually the other instance probably was running under a different Windows account. This is why you did not see it.
