Image attached. Note how every day, the new daily candle opens with the exact same open price as the previous day, despite being wholly inaccurate. The feed then rectifies itself when the candle closes, only to continue the error onto the next daily candle. Before you assume that this is the user's fault, can you take a few moments to think about UI and customer relations, and then appreciate that this is a bug and a grief to a paying user, and reply accordingly.
