Hi Support Team,

I hope you can help. I will be as detailed as possible so forgive me if one problem does not necessarily has something to do with the other.

I used to have an account with you for chart package 5 and SC historical intraday data, which I deliberately let expire because I am now trading via Optimus Futures who also provided me with a Rithmic data password.

Upon first log I received a message that my chart package would not support the data - which was not a surprise because in fact I did not pay for one. Anyway, I then created a new account and purchased chart package 5. I thought that now I can connect. However, when trying to do so I receive the messages as attached. For what ever reason it will now let me connect.

I have shut all the firewalls ( Windows and personal ) but to no success. I have reinstalled Sierra and ensured that my Rithmic data is correct and that my new account details are correct.

Therefore please can you identify what I am doing wrong?
Please can you also let me know how the discount that applies to customers trading through Optimus is applied because as you can see in my transaction details at the moment I paid the full price rather than the discounted one.
