Update Sierra Chart to the current version following the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate Since you are using exchanges which are not supported by TransAct what we want you to do is to connect once to TransAct to receive an indication that you have a live trading account which is required for CME data and then set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to "SC Data - All Services". You need to connect to TransAct once a month for the CME authorization. Do you need to be able to trade from Sierra Chart using your TransAct account? If so, we can set up the necessary symbol mappings. Regarding this error: Symbol Error - XM16 is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. Exchange not authorized. | 2016-06-01 04:07:38
That should be resolved just by reconnecting to the data feed. If not, let us know.
