There is definitely no such problem in Sierra Chart. This appears to be a system specific issue in which a particular dialog window is not displaying. Probably pressing the Escape key will cancel the dialog you cannot see. We are not going to spend any time on this. This is too vague and nonspecific and we do not believe whatsoever this is a problem within Sierra Chart with how this is being described. Furthermore, from our perspective what you are describing does not even make any sense to us. We do not even know precisely what you are even talking about. Substantially we are not even understanding specifically what you are referring to. In general we understand what you are saying but that functionality works flawlessly. But you can encounter operating system-level problems which can cause malfunctions which we have no control over. Understand that you will make no progress with us at all unless you are giving us clear reproducible steps with proper terminology which lead to an error message or an exception occurring.
