Thanks. Updated to newest pre-release 1409. 2nd day in a row no issues have come about. Will test again tomorrow morning. Still wanted to get information to you as I know you've added logging.

Your log files have been received and reviewed.

The logs do show the cancel order requests being made by Sierra Charts on the problematic day 05/04. They also show that Sierra charts made a portfolio subscription request on 05/09 which resulted in streaming portfolio data being continuously returned on 05/09, but there is not such a request from the log section provided for 05/04. Presumably, the Sierra Charts software is interpreting the absence of data as evidence that there are no portfolio changes occurring, and this may be a source of issue.

To investigate further, can you please upload the complete log file from 05/04? If it is larger than 15 MB it will have to be zipped and emailed to api@interactivebrok ers.com.
