It is not our responsibility to be looking at these logs and we will not. There is nothing we can do ourselves with the Interactive Brokers log files. And we do not fully understand them anyway.

However, we already did look at one log but saw that there was a problem on the IB side.

Anyway this is what we want you to do:

Update Sierra Chart to the latest prerelease by following the instructions here:

We added some additional logging to more completely track positions. Once you duplicate the problem, provide the logs that Interactive Brokers has requested and also attach the Sierra Chart Trade Activity Log file following these instructions here:

And let us know the symbol, and time and time zone of when the problem occurred.
