It appears as though the TWS did send the Position update, but the Position Quantity went back to 0, 2 minutes later.

So possibly Interactive Brokers is now going to claim there is no problem. Complete nonsense and incompetence.

The very fact that they are asking for so many different pieces of information just shows how disorganized they are.
