Just to be sure that we haven't overlooked anything, when you had a Position in the option symbol, did you look at the Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Positions tab and see if the Trade Service Position Quantity was 0 for the Symbol? The symbol you see there is truncated and not the complete symbol.
