I can say this much, after I notice the cancelation of attached orders within IB TWS, I disconnect from the SC data feed. The most recent attached orders are then acted out as they should w/ a profit/stop as typically there is a 8 second lag (highlighted below) before cancellation of attached orders occurs and then another order is entered. So in turn the error is definitely coming from SC ACSIL source code.
