I share a joint AMP a/c which we use for Ninja . I have discussed with AMP how I can access & trade on Sierra and this was supposed to have been set up a while ago but it seems we were simply placed on the trial. This is what I would like to see happen - can you help please. Seems we are really getting nowhere. AMP a/c xxxxxx > NT Life Licence > CQG . We currently pay a CME monthly charge. What we need is AMP access to both Sierra & NT. We will trade 1 or other at any 1 time as not possible to be connected at same time. Our instruments of interest are Futures : Mini 6a/6e etc etc + Mini Dax + mini Dow + the new Mini Nikkei225 . AMP have told us that the current $15 CME Data fee is the only additional costs we have so there will be no charting cost for Sierra. Is this correct ? Can you advise what we have to do next or will you contact AMP to see where current access action is at. I am unsure what package we actually need so will appreciate - it is probably pretty easy when you know what you are looking for but to be honest, the connection process has been pretty confusing overall.
