We want you to use a FIX connection. We do not know what the source of this problem is. It is not making any sense to us.

-Please update Sierra Chart the latest release by selecting Help >> Download Current Version if you are not already on 996.

- After the update, assuming you did have to update, select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Set the Service at the top to "CTS FIX". The service is near the bottom of the list of services.

-Set all of the settings in the Connection Details frame including your CTS Account Number.

-Press OK.

-Connect to the server with File >> Connect to Data Feed.

-Open a chart with File >> Find Symbol. Please note that all of the symbols are now different.

We are still working on resolving a problem with the inserting of missing order fills and the unique ID for them. This might cause duplicate order fills to be inserted. However, this is not going to affect anything other than the Trade Statistics reporting. CTS is working on the issue and it should be resolved in the coming days.
