Thank you very much for the followup! What's a "trailing space"? My username was assigned by my broker (AMP). It takes form of an email address (@amp.com) and the letters before "@" are all lower case except the last one (upper case). There is no space or any odd characters. My password consists of 8 numbers. No letters, space or anything odd. Plus, I have been able to log in onto Sierra Chart and Rithmic R trader and get live data without a problem on my FIRST computer. I'm having trouble with DTS in Sierra Chart ONLY on my SECOND computer. Also, the link you posted seems for multiple instances on THE SAME computer. Does it apply to my case? |
