Here is a simple practical trader view / take: in such cases you color each volume profile half in red half in green OR use a third color type the traders will understand that based on the diagonal coloring convention these are related to differen bid/ask levels above and below the current volume profile bar - as simple as that and it will convey all required information to the trader |
