Hello SC Support, I have two computers with both Sierra Chart (Rithmic feeds) and Rithmic R trader installed. The password to log in to R trader and DTS in Sierra Chart were the same and set by my broker. One day, I changed the password in R trader on one computer and this new password worked for DTS in Sierra Chart (and of course in R Trader) on that same computer. Now I'm using the same new password in R trader and Sierra Chart on the second computer. It works with R trader but not with DTS in Sierra Chart. I keep getting "connecting" and "waiting to reconnect".
