You might try using H instead of C for up bars, and L instead of C for the down bars. To solve a problem like this, I would add the Spreadsheet Study study so that I could see the actual output values of everything, then use column A to find the bar where you're not getting the signal, and compare values in that row. It is likely going to be a Value Format issue, or a Tick Size issue.
