my chart startups send my cpu into 98% for over a min , not happy about that ,

You can open a 20 year Historical Daily chart in less than a second.Although Intraday charts definitely will take longer. and not sure if the 32 bit is holding us back either
No this does not make any difference,, if anything a 64-bit program could be slightly slower.
