Whether the account is simulated or not is not relevant. It is a TradeActivity analysis request. If an order has been rejected for some reason, the reason is going to be given in the Trade Activity Log. You do not even have to rely upon us. The information is all available in the Trade Activity Log and also the TWS log files. And Interactive Brokers can answer any information about the data in their log files. Just like we can answer questions about specific lines in our log files you have a question about. So if there is a particular line you have a question about we can answer that clearly. We wish there was another service available for options trading other than Interactive Brokers but at the moment but this is not currently supported. We are probably going to have to develop our own gateway to the NASDAQ, NYSE and CBOE. We had enough of Interactive Brokers. We are looking at alternatives now.
