Post From: Automate Chart Image Export

I found some ways in the documentation to create charts automatically. One can use the UDP method, but there is no range or period selection input it seems. Also, one can use Auto Hotkey to use Sierra chart shortcut keys to select the range/period/symbol and export the chart that way. However, is there a way to communicate directly to Sierra Charts from another application to grab the range for a specific chart? I don't need to know the code, but I just need to know if it's possible and some keywords to look up so I can figure it out for myself. I see that I can save images with an ACSIL study. Is a way to way to import the data for a symbol into SC for a certain range and then use the UDP interface? Not sure what to do about the period change though. Many Thanks, charlie Date Time Of Last Edit: 2016-03-20 16:23:15
