1. You have to use VIX-20160420-CFE-USD-1000 to be able to trade from the chart. You will always have to manually specify the day of month when you open a new chart. 2. Do you know what the Interactive Brokers symbol is for the Canadian 10 year bond. We will set up the mapping for it to solve this.
