Your description of the problem in the beginning was not correct. Not to be critical, just that we misunderstood it.

This is not what happened:
SC cancelled the OCO orders by itself

We understand what you mean by this:

It is clearly visible on the video because the entry line disappeares suddently.

This kind of problem is not all that unusual with Interactive Brokers. There have been changes recently to solve this or greatly minimize it.

You are running an older version of Sierra Chart. Update to the current version. See these version notes:

Also the Trade Activity Log is critical for us when there is a trading related problem. Not a video. At this point, we do not need any further information.

Just update Sierra Chart. If you encounter this problem again, then either discontinue use of Interactive Brokers and use another trading service, or Sierra Chart because we cannot do anything further.
