Hi I just restarted sierra chart with sc forex data after a couple of months away. I've never had any problems before, but there are no live updates of prices. I can load intraday data up to the minute but then there is no more data update after that. if I delete and download data it will give me data up to the present time but then no more updates. please could you advise me what's wrong. as a side I initially paid for package 1 but when I saw the problem I figured package 1 was end of day prices so I upgraded to package 3. but still the same problem. and previous to using sc forex data a few months ago I was using data from CTS as I was trading with topsteptrader. I don't know if this may have caused some problems. obviously I went into global setting and changed the trade/data settings to sc forex from CTS hope you can help thanks daniel |
