I really like the Platform overall... And you guys are always very nice and always answer objectively and quickly. I cannot complain about that. I´m going to give it a try to sort out any possibility that I´m doing something wrong or that I have some issue that is making that happen. The remote assistance would be a great idea. As soon as I have the problem again, I´ll leave Sierra as it is and send you guys a message. Thank you.
