The responsibility for providing account statements and trading activity is with your broker. Not with us. We have no direct control over this data or have access to it and this is not our responsibility. Please understand that. It is improper for there to be any reliance on us for this information and your broker should understand that. So you cannot get what you need from your account statements? If you want us to see if we can find the data, this would be a chargeable service at 35 USD per hour. Although after thinking about it because you are running an older version of Sierra Chart, there are no backup files of the Trade Activity Log. So we do not see how we can help with this if the data is not already visible. Your broker should put you in contact with CQG.
