Trading Technologies has failed to correct the simple problem causing this. Contact your broker and have them move you over to the CQG trading platform service: CQG Trading Platform Service After that is done you will need to follow the set up instructions to connect to CQG. They are in the link above. You also need to change the symbol of the charts to use the CQG symbols.
